When Will I Get a Registration Code?
When you purchase Time Clock MTS our automatic systems will email you a temporary registration code which you can use to unlock the trial version. Once we’ve checked your order and company details we’ll email you a permanent registration code. Usually this happens within 24 to 48 hours.

How Can I Retrieve My Registration Code If I’ve Lost It?
If you’ve lost your registration codes you can use our recover lost registration codes tool. If you can’t locate your registration codes this way then contact us and we’ll find it for you.

Can I Share My Registration Code?
No. The registration code is yours and yours alone. It cannot be shared with other individuals or companies.

Am I Entitled to Any Upgrades?
You are entitled to upgrades for a period of one year after you purchase Time Clock MTS. If you want to keep receiving upgrades after the year has passed then we have an annual support scheme available which is just 25% of your original purchase amount or AUD$20. Whichever is higher.

Can I Get Technical Support?
When you purchase Time Clock MTS you’re entitled to a year of technical support from us. Once this year is up you can renew for another year for 25% of your original purchase or AUD$20, whichever is higher. If you don’t have a current support contract you’re still welcome to use our comprehensive online support resources.

How Do I Renew My Support Contract?
We’ll send you an email when it gets close to the time that your support contract is expiring. It will include a link to purchase a support renewal. If you didn’t get the email just contact us and we’ll let you know how to renew.

Do You Have Online Support Resources?
We’ve got tonnes of online support resources. The first place to consult is the How To Do Things in Time Clock MTS Guides. There’s an answer there for almost every commonly asked question about Time Clock MTS. The second place to consult is the time clock blog on the global Time Clock MTS site.
